Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Rock Around The Frock. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below before sending your item back.

Returns

If your item isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

• Returned with all original tags and labels attached.

• Returned in its original packaging where possible.

If you are unable to print the form, simply include your original invoice or a note with your order number, stating whether you would like a refund or exchange.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or Signed For postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged whilst being returned to us.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. For international returns, any customs duties or unpaid postage charges must also be covered by the sender. Returns with outstanding charges may be refused.

Please ensure your parcel is sent directly to the above address. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent to parcel shops, collection points or alternative addresses.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items for customers within the United Kingdom, subject to stock availability.

For customers outside the UK, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred item. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process a refund for the original purchase.

Made-to-Order Items

The following products are made to order:

• Men’s Bowling Shirts

• Pumps

• Bags

• Jackets

• T-Shirts

• Shoebags

As these items are printed or manufactured specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they:

• Arrive damaged.

• Are faulty or defective.

• Have been incorrectly manufactured (for example, a printing error).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items because of incorrect sizing, so please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your made-to-order item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within  5 days of delivery, including photographs where possible, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within one working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. This email may take up to 24 hours to arrive.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Information

• Please check the sizing guide on each product page before placing your order.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
